Returns & Exchanges

At Pretzels, we want every bite to be perfect; if your snacks arrive damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges to ensure your satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the product you wish to return or exchange.

    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

  • 3.
    Pack Your Items

    Securely place the unopened pretzel bags in their original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement snacks immediately.
